Here's my question...

Could you tell me what is "standard" side-work for servers across the country, and what "tasks" are acceptable to ask them to perform on a regular basis? I recently had a run-in with one of my servers who said that she would stop doing the "extras" and just do her job "as a server for minimum wage". I'm trying to define the line of what we pay our servers to do vs. what is going above and beyond.
